Jeff cleaned his fan brush and double loaded it with blue and yellow paint. With short strokes the colors blended on the canvas becoming a forest of vibrant shades of green. With a fine liner brush he rapidly created a myriad of turning, twisting branches.
"I can smell the pines," a young woman said behind him,"Your work is always so real."
She smiled as the artist looked back at her and tried to hide her fear. Jeffrey Talbot had to be kept happy and serene at all cost.
"I'm glad you approve," laughed the artist,"Though I am tiring of these peaceful landscapes."
Kelly shivered and said," Oh but there is a loving Grandmother just waiting for this lovely addition to her cottage."
Above the asylum an Autobot monitored changes in and around the building and the compound.
Jeff nodded and used a painting knife to shape a range of mountains across a rosy sky."I think it's time for some wildlife in these woods, don't you agree Kelly girl?"
Kelly stilled her mind and said, "Granny Jones asked for only a quiet stream with a rustic fence along the edge ."
Jeff grimaced and threw down the knife ,splattering paint on the floor."I'm sick of this boring work!" he yelled.
Kelly reached out and stroked his blond locks."Carefully she turned his face towards hers and gently kissed his petulant lips.
Pulling back then she whispered," Please Jeffy, for me? You don't want me to get in trouble do you?"
Two small cleaning bots zipped around them erasing the splattered paint. Jeffrey ignored them and sighed,"Of course not my dear," he told her and picked up a brush once again.
At the master panel of the Autobot above the art asylum, Blackthorn M. registered the wave of flux in the atmosphere below. He turned to his partner who happened to be a Vextral Merchant. "I hate this," he growled "I don't care how important this guy is,it's not worth endangering my girl's life."
The Merchant in charge of sales for "Jeff's Paintamation"
or self animated art as it was known, frowned and adjusted the matrix above the compound."I just hope she keeps her cool," he mumbled to himself."
